IsoDateTime, fix for ToShortTimeString, removed culture formating
ContentEditor, set title for rows; modified BlockSize dialog
Rowblock module which allows named rows to be displayed inside a single Block, display modes are: block, carousel and accordion

Added "Retarget" functionality, which allows to move Blocks/Rows to another Row/Container on the current page.
